How To Program Your Subconscious Mind For Happiness

If you know anything about computers, you know there really is not intelligence driving these machines. The only output you can expect from a computer is only as good as the input. Some software programs work efficiently and seems intuitive to our needs. While, other software programs are slow and clunky and can’t be trusted to provide the desired output. Our subconscious mind is very much like a computer. The subconscious mind is the driving force behind our lives and manifests whatever we input.

This is why children who are given positive feedback and reminded of their infinite abilities succeed in life while children who are abused and given negative feedback have a hard time getting through life. While we are children, it is up to our parents to feed our subconscious mind, but as adults, we must take full responsibility for what is input in the subconscious.

A well-programmed subconscious mind makes the difference between happiness and sadness, success and failure, realizing possibilities and despair. It is easy to program your subconscious mind and I see it as these 10 simple steps.Be the guardian of everything that enters your mind. Know that everything you see hear and feel goes directly into your subconscious mind and you must manage the information you allow in. Eliminate negative information as much as you can by limiting the amount of news you read, stop seeing violent movies, read only positive information. Keep the positive information flowing into your mind and your subconscious will naturally become more positive.

Watch them but don’t engage them.As you relax and your consciousness begins to alter, fewer and fewer thoughts will come. When you have gaps in between thoughts, you are ready to start programming your subconscious. You are at the gateway between your conscious mind and subconscious mind. The subconscious is in communication with your conscious mind and the universal mind. This is where you tell the subconscious what you want so that it can send it out to universe for manifestation. Now it is time to visualize what you want, make a mental vision board.Hold that image and use all of your of your senses.

Sharing information that helps others may change their life for the better. By giving to others, you earn respect, eliminate envy, and selflishness melts away.I always give my best and expect nothing in return. Something good will return to me without asking.I am consistently and persistently aware of my emotions, of my health and staying well, my behavior, and my beliefs, and my thoughts. That way, any negative thoughts can be removed immediately. Negativity repels instead of attracting. My state of being and my individual choices in life are in harmony with what I wish to attract. You attract what you focus on most often.

Be grateful Oprah Winfrey has done a magnificent job of reminding us all how important it is to have gratitude in our lives. Having gratitude allow us to realize the blessings we already have and keeps us open to receive so much more. Make a list of everything you are grateful for and grow this list as time goes on. On any day when it seems that nothing is going your way refer back to this list and remind yourself of all the blessings you already have. Your subconscious mind needs to know what you are grateful for so it can manifest more of the same for you.

Positive behaviors are effective, and life changing. Make your affirmations of happiness, wellness, achievement, and prosperity, now.Emotional Freedom Technique was discovered by Gary Craig. Using the emotional freedom technique involves tapping the energy meridian points on the body. This might seem silly at first and unlikely to work however the technique is not that outrageous when you consider that it is similar to acupuncture without the needles. It is becoming increasingly popular and is recognized worldwide as an effective means of energy therapy and for changing the way the subconscious perceives events.A couple people who you may recognize are Bruce Lipton Ph.D who said that “EFT is a simple powerful process that can profoundly influence gene activity, health and behaviour.” and Deepak Chopra MD who said that “EFT offers great healing benefits”.

EMDR Another method recommended is Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. This method has an 84-100% success rate, is non-invasive and was first discovered by Francine Shapiro in 1987. The process involves thinking about a traumatic memory while receiving bi-lateral stimulation. The sessions involve flicking your eyes back and forth or listening to a bi-lateral audio or holding onto bilateral tactile sensors while thinking about a traumatic memory. Theses sessions last around 90 minutes and the typical client requires 2 sessions to cause the traumatic memory to lose its emotional intensity. Bilateral exercises cause the left and right hemisphere to work simultaneously which allows the memory to be reprocessed in a much more beneficial way.

Set aside time for you. Everyone needs time to reflect. Whether you pray, meditate, practice yoga, or just read positive information. Set aside an hour each day for yourself. Your subconscious mind needs to know just how important you are and nothing shows this importance than having time for yourself. Many believe there is not a free hour in the day for themselves. Whether you have to wake an hour early or go to bed an hour later having an hour of peace is an important way to clear your mind and open yourself to the possibilities your subconscious mind can offer.

Be the person you admire Make a list of the attributes you most admire in others and incorporate these into your own life–one by one. Once you begin to admire yourself, your subconscious mind will have a higher opinion of you as well.Maintain a lighthearted/happy spirit. Never allow the pressures of the day to bring you down. Make it a point to be light hearted and happy as much as humanly possible. Dwelling on the negatives of life badly affects your subconscious mind. Keeping a positive spirit will keep your subconscious mind well programmed and open to wonderful possibilities.

Can Daily Affirmations Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind?

Did you know that you can positively change your life by using daily affirmations? Many people know that they would like to see positive changes in their life, but do not know what to do in order to bring about those changes. Affirmations are one of the simplest and most powerful ways to bring about change.

Norman Vincent Peale’s famous book “The Power Of Positive Thinking” uses some of the most famous affirmations that people know. But one of his most famous affirmations is “I can do all things through Jesus Christ our savior who strengthens me…”. The fact that it’s quoted from Philippians 4:13 gives away more about what the essence of an affirmation is and where they come from. It shows that some of the most fundamental positive statements we use are derived from ancient texts and thoughts.

But, surely, the point is that someone who uses this affirmation on a daily basis will find some relevance in it? They are likely to be someone who follows a western religious doctrine and takes comfort from the Bible. You would be unlikely to find someone of an eastern faith using this particular form of words as a source of strength.I recently visited Nepal and had the privilege of seeing many Buddhist followers repeatedly chanting the mantra “Om Ma Ni Pad Me Hum” as they walked trance-like around the Boudhanath in Kathmandu.

Imagine a small child that is constantly teased or verbally abused. Her schoolmates are continually making fun of her and telling her she’s ugly and stupid. Or worse yet, it could even be her own parents verbally abusing her. She hears these taunts for so long, that she eventually becomes to believe them and these messages stay with her even when she becomes an adult. It’s these negative thoughts that can cause her to wind up in a dead-end job or marry a deadbeat husband.

Two things are noteworthy. Firstly, these phrases are short and have a context of relevance to the participant. Secondly, they are repeated in such a way and with such regularity that their incantation becomes an almost mindless (and I mean that in the most positive way!) act. It’s not so much the content of the words that matters so much as their emotional relevance and their sound.Find some time to repeat some positive statements that have meaning to you each day and see how your mood changes.Make it relevant,Make it short,Repeat it regularly for a set amount of time each day,Make it automatic.

Positive affirmations are not a magic bullet for a successful and happy life. But they can help influence your thought process and have a meaningful impact on your behavior. What are your thoughts on positive daily affirmations? Are you trying to achieve complete happiness in your life like everyone is these days, but are not succeeding? Then you need to understand how you can use daily affirmations to achieve the happiness in your life that you are aiming for.

Many people don’t realize how easy it is to change your life for the better. All that is needed is to change your way of thinking so that only positive thoughts run through your mind daily and no negative thoughts intrude. It is not easy to change the way your mind thinks and it will take time and repeated use of positive affirmations to make it happen, but once you do change the way you think, you will be amazed at how much of a positive impact it will have on you and the happiness you will find in your life from now on.

Another one-word tip for positive daily affirmations is emotions. Pour your emotions into your affirmations so that they become more than just a statement. It is hard to really focus on something that is nothing more than just words. In order to get the most out of your affirmations, you should visualize what your statement represents. Pour as much emotion as you can into them, so that it is easier to know what you should be feeling when you achieve your goals. This will make your statements become something real and almost tangible as opposed to nothing more than empty words. Your positive daily affirmations should then become almost a part of you.

While repetition and emotions are important for your positive daily affirmations, the most important, yet hardest to achieve point to remember is belief. You must truly believe what your affirmations say in order for them to come true. Remember always that this is a tried and tested method that works for people every day, so the same is true for you. If you don’t believe that your affirmations are true, then they never will be. The Law of Attraction works both ways. If you don’t truly believe that good things are coming your way, then they won’t. This is the reason it is so important for you to really believe in your positive daily affirmations.

When used in the correct manner, positive daily affirmations are the best way to put the Law of Attraction to work for you. You are programming your subconscious mind to see and believe that all of your energies should be focused on the positive. This will in turn attract the positive back to you. Your positive daily affirmations are your key to achieving your goals in life.
